衛生福利部公告新版「醫療器材列管查核申請書」一式三聯，並於103年7月1日起生效，列管查核申請品項由原本五項修改為三項，申請規費不變(新台幣一千五百元)；項目超過3項者，廠商需另案申請，而每類相同器材名稱、不同規格者，填列一項目（欄位）。
列管查核的結果是依據所附原廠產品相關資料作屬性判定，並不能當作產品獲得衛生福利部核准上市之依據。

衛生福利部近來公告預修正「醫療器材查驗登記審查準則」部分條文[部授食字第1031600658號]，其修正要點如下：
一、為符合現行醫療器材實際審查作業流程，除刪減或酌修文字外，並明定臨床前試驗與原廠品質管制文件應為安全性及功能性等檢測資料，及檢測實驗室須符合相關作業規範，簡化臨床前測試送審程序及重新彙整修正後之相關規定。（修正條文第四條、第七條、第十二條、第十四條至第十七條及第二十四條）
