您好, 2013年的estabishments annual registration fee在2012年10月1到12月31日前繳費，所以現在已經截止繳費；若您公司尚未繳交此費用，您公司註冊於FDA Registration and Listing database有被停權的可能性，您可以連絡FDA Registration and Listing Office (reglist@cdrh.fda.gov)有關registration and listing狀態。

您好, 若您公司是第一次申請registration and listing，必須於醫材進入美國市場前30天完成此項作業，且您完成申請後，會被FDA收費；國外醫材製造廠必須付費去register and list，無論class I 或 class II。 關於Listing程序，建議您可詳閱FDA "How to Register and List"。 若任何進一步需求，您可以與我洽詢(mdcons2012@gmail.com)。
